How do I apply?

You may apply by contacting any of our communities. Most prospective applicants visit the Arbors and see for themselves the comfortable and homey environment. You may call, email or visit us and we will be pleased to provide you with an application and all the necessary information that will assist you through the process.

Is there a waiting list?

The Arbors is fortunate to have availability at most of our communities. If the apartment you want is not available, we suggest you move in to the available apartment because once you become a resident you will have top priority on our waiting list.

What will I need for my apartment?

Because our apartments are not furnished you will need to bring your own furnishings accessories. Our residents find it reassuring to know that they can have their personal belongings to create a comfortable apartment that reflects their individuality.

What additional services can I receive?

Our core services are listed and included in the price. At most of our communities we can offer additional services that may include; personal laundry, foot care, hair styling services, manicures, hearing aide adjustments, etc. There is a fee for these additional services. Please contact the Arbors in each location for an update on these services.
